The project consists of two buildings, Azuaga 68 to the north and Ernesto 65 to the south. 

​

​The Azuaga 68 building comprises 10 units: four T0 units, four T1 units and two T2 units.

 

​The building will have a medium to high-end standard finishing.

 

The apartments will have a kitchen with Margrés ceramic flooring or similar and a benchtop in Silestone compact quartz. The living rooms and bedrooms will have oak flooring and walls covered in painted plasterboard. The bathroom will also be covered with Margrés ceramics or similar. The sanitary appliances will all be high-end models.

 

All apartments will be handed over with Siemens appliances, Midea air conditioning, and a heat pump water heating system. Energy certification will be level A.

 

​​Both buildings have an elevator. Access ramp to the garage will be via Rua Ernesto Silva for both buildings.
